This recipe is so delicious and filling, it’s very good when served with white wine.

- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 packages cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup white wine
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 3 Tbsp parmesan cheese
- 1 package of fettuccini noodles
Fry the onion, garlic and mushrooms in the butter until onion is translucent over medium high heat. Add the white wine and simmer for about 5 minutes until wine has saturated. Add the whipping cream and parmesan cheese, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes until thickened.
While you are waiting for the sauce to thicken, boil water and cook fettuccini according to package directions.
Plate fettuccini with sauce on top, and enjoy!
