5 Premium Starter Kit Diffuser Recipes

I love diffusing my oils every day but when I first got my Premium Starter Kit I wasn’t really sure what combinations to try or where to start.  Remember that when you first need to start low and work your way up.  Start with 1 or 2 drops and see how you do before you add more.  The Premium Starter Kit from Young Living comes with several essential oils that are perfect for diffusing but if you are like me you may not know where to start so I made a little list of some easy diffuser blend recipes you can try.

Keep in mind that it’s recommended not to diffuse a blend with another blend.  You can mix and match single oils or add another single oil to one blend, but don’t diffuse two different blends in the same diffuser.

Lemon and Peppermint

Beautifully fragrant and uplifting, and good mood booster and pick-me-up.

Lavender and Copaiba

Pronounced coh-pah-ee-bah this essential oil has a wonderful woodsy, grounding scent.  Blends beautifully with lavender and gives one a sense of well-being and peace.

Frankincense and Lemon

These oils together give a woodsy, warm, fresh aroma and is an excellent choice for times of quiet.

Purification and Lemon

Fresh, clean and uplifting these are perfect for eliminating odours in the home and giving you a pep in your step.

Northern Lights Black Spruce and Thieves

The mix of the earthy, woodsy spruce and the spicy Thieves together gives such a wonderful autumn log cabin in the woods sort of feeling.  Very relaxing and soothing.
