Week #7 – Organize A Weekly Meal Plan

Organizing a meal plan can be a serious pain, I often procrastinate doing mine.  However it’s nice to not stand over the freezer scratching your head everyday wondering what you should throw together, and just look at your list and get it done.


  • Before you meal plan check out your pantry to see what items you can use.
  • Save some money and time by declaring one night a leftover night.
  • Double recipes and freeze the extra portions for a quick meal.

Every 3-6 months

  • Skip a week of grocery shopping and use up the items you have in your pantry.
